• How many recipes can I convert for free?

  You get 5 free recipe conversions with no expiry. After that you can manage your plan at mycooki.com to get unlimited conversions.

• How does the Cookidoo integration work?

  Connect your Cookidoo account once in your dashboard settings. After that, any converted recipe can be sent directly to your Cookidoo Created Recipes with one click — no copy-pasting required.

• Which Thermomix models are supported?

  MyCooki supports TM6 and TM7. You can choose your model when converting a recipe.

• My Cookidoo connection has stopped working — what should I do?

  Cookidoo sessions expire periodically. Go to your dashboard settings, disconnect Cookidoo, and reconnect with your email and password. This usually fixes it immediately.
